Approximately 30% of the Chapter’s budget is provided by the Rowan County United Way. The remainder is funded through individual and corporate donations, grants and fees for service.

Assistance provided to Rowan County disaster and military clients is free - a gift to our donors. All contributions received remain in Rowan County unless the donor designates otherwise.

The Chapter receives no funding from any government entity or from the National American Red Cross (except for in a major disaster).
